Includes:
- One 60-minute “Initial” Consultation
- Three 30-minute “Follow-Up” Consultations

After making your payment, you will be directed to our scheduling page to book your FIRST appointment only. During that first appointment you’ll work with the clinician to determine the best time(s) for your follow-up visits.
Initial consultations lasts 60 minutes. Follow-up consultations last 30 minutes. In the case of initial visits, some time is spent in a medical/surgical/social history review, and reviewing previous laboratory work and imaging. When you schedule your initial consultation, we will email you an online form to make submitting this information simple and clear. Initial sessions also include questions about your diet and lifestyle and what has worked, or not worked for you in the past.
We’ll talk about your personal barriers to success and start setting individualized goals with you for moving forward. We’ll discuss lifestyle strategies that are in line with those goals so you can start improving your metabolic health immediately!
During follow-up sessions, we’ll review any lab work done since our last visit, formulate diagnoses and make recommendations ranging from lifestyle interventions to new prescriptions. We’ll discuss appropriate strategies for helping you make the best decisions for your situation and goals. We’ll also discuss how your lifestyle adjustments are going, troubleshoot issues or barriers, and offer additional guidance.
For patients living in CA, OR, ID, UT, WY, AZ, TX, OH, WI, IL, FL, DE, NY, and VA: We will order any lab work or imaging that may be missing or too far in the past to be helpful. And, we’ll prescribe/adjust any medications that may be appropriate for your specific circumstances.
For patients living in all other U.S. states: If needed, we’ll suggest lab work for you to order through your own medical provider or through a “self-order lab” such as OwnYourLabs.com. We’ll review medications and potentially make recommendations for new and/or adjusted medications or supplements. We’ll also offer suggestions for discussing these things with your primary care physician.
